A man was taken into custody by the Perry Police Department shortly after midnight Wednesday after he was reported to be bearing a firearm.
No injuries were reported.
The incident occurred in the 800 block of 18th Street about 12:15 a.m. Wednesday, when officers of the Perry Police Department responded to a report of an emergency and a man with a gun.
