Marcia Carrillo, 52, of Perry passed away Friday, Nov. 2, 2018, at her home in Perry, Iowa.
Funeral services will be held Monday, Nov. 5 at 5 p.m. at the Carris Family Funeral Home and Cremation Care in Perry. Visitation will be Monday, Nov. 5 from 3 p.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Violet Hill Cemetery Tuesday, Nov. 6 at 11 a.m. in Perry.

Marcia Lizeth Carrillo was born on Dec. 30, 1965, at Jutiapa, Guatemala, to Jorge and Virginia (Colocho) Vasquez.
She attended school at Landivar University in Guatemala City.
Marcia was united in marriage to David Carrillo in Guatemala in August 1986.
She worked at Tyson Fresh Meats beginning Nov. 15, 1994.
Marcia was a member of the IDDPMI Iglesia Salem Church.
She enjoyed bike riding, walking her dogs and enjoyed reading and studying the Bible.
In death she rejoins her father, Jorge Vasquez; and a son, Josue Carrillo.
Left to cherish Marcia’s memory are her husband, David Carrillo; mother, Virginia Vasquez; children, Sofia (Julio) Soto of Perry and Damar Carrillo of Perry; grandchildren, Sarai Carrillo, Jonathan Soto, Aaron Carrillo, Isabella Soto and Caleb Soto; siblings, Victoria (Hector) Piche and Jorge Vasquez; many sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; nieces and nephews; and many friends.
