Matthew Ross, 21, of Marne, Iowa, was arrested Monday at the Cass County Jail on two counts of second-degree sexual abuse.
Ross was transported to the Guthrie County Jail by sheriff’s deputies and released on his own recognizance after an initial appearance before the Guthrie County Magistrate.
A criminal complaint was filed Jan. 29 by the Stuart Police Department, which investigated the case.
Ross is scheduled for a preliminary hearing Feb. 21.
