Funeral services for Mike Acton, 78, of Dubuque and formerly of Rippey will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 15 at St. Brigid Catholic Church in Grand Junction, and burial with military honors will be at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
Mike died Friday, Jan. 11, 2019, at the Hawkeye Care Center in Dubuque, Iowa.
He is survived by two sons, Paul Acton of Gilbert, Ariz., and Sean Acton of Maquoketa; six grandchildren; siblings, Dan Acton of Rippey, Janice Johnston of Phoenix, Ariz., Tim Acton of Phoenix, Dave Acton of Sun Prairie, Wis., and Pat Acton of Gladbrooke, Iowa.
Behr Funeral Home in Dubuque is in charge of arrangements, Hastings Funeral Home is assisting the Behr Funeral Home locally.
