A Minnesota man was arrested on a Dallas County warrant Dec. 9 in connection with a May incident in which he and two other Minnesotans were arrested on their way home from Omaha, where they allegedly stole catalytic converters from vehicles and took methamphetamine in order to stay awake.
Bo Gay Htoo, 25, of 519 St. Anthony Ave., St. Paul, Minnesota, was charged with second-degree theft, possession of burglary tools, first-offense possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
An arrest warrant was ordered Sept 4 after Htoo failed to appear for a pretrial conference in Dallas County District Court. The warrant was served Dec. 9 in Mauston, Wisconsin, and Htoo was transported to the Dallas County Jail.
Htoo is held without bond in the Dallas County Jail. He is scheduled for a pretrial conference Dec. 18.
A pretrial conference is scheduled for Jan. 15 in Dallas County District Court for Raw Taw, 29, of 1337 Arkwright St., #203, St. Paul, Minnesota, who was charged in the May incident with second-degree theft, possession of burglary tools, first-offense possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
A pretrial conference is scheduled for Jan. 8 in Dallas County District Court for Eh Thaw, 20, of 1730 Minnehaha Ave., #E, St. Paul, Minnesota, who was charged with in the May incident with second-degree theft, possession of burglary tools, first-offense possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
