MINBURN, Iowa — Miss Chili Pepper, a miniature horse, put the tricks in theatrics in Meek Park Thursday when she performed for about a dozen children and adults.
Amy Coble, trainer at JoustEvolution, provided the perfect combination of delightful instruction during the 30-minute show as she led the blonde-maned Miss Chili Pepper through a series of runs and jumps and prances.
The show, postponed by thunderstorms June 29, was sponsored by the Minburn Public Library in association with the Jester Puppets.
