The Perry Public Library has announced the selected title for the 2016 Dallas County Reads One Book: Heather Gudenkauf’s “Missing Pieces,” a New York Times bestseller at the focus of the annual county-wide reading project in which all 12 Dallas County libraries will participate.
Gudenkauf is an Iowa author, and copies of her mystery novel are available now at all Dallas County libraries.
The public is invited to meet the author at the free book talk in the Perry Performing Arts Center Tuesday, September 20 at 7 p.m. in the Perry Performing Arts Center.
Prior to the book talk, Gudenkauf will attend a 5:30 p.m. hors d’ouvres reception at the Hotel Pattee. Tickets for the reception are $12 and are available at county libraries beginning July 25.
