One person was injured about 2:15 p.m. Sunday when a motorcycle left the roadway of Iowa Highway 141 Diagonal between Woodward and Granger.
The incident occurred on the westbound lanes of Iowa Highway 141 Diagonal north of 160th Street.
The cause of the accident is under investigation at this hour. Several other motorcycles were at the crash site, so the victim might have been among a group of riders.
The victim was transported to MercyOne Medical Center in Des Moines by the Dallas County EMS.
The Iowa Highway Patrol, Dallas County Sheriff’s office, Woodward First Responders and Woodward Volunteer Fire Department also responded.
