A Celebration of Life for Nan Cummings, 74, of Grand Junction will be held Saturday, Aug. 10 at the Hastings Funeral Home in Jefferson.
Nan died Saturday, Aug. 3, 2019, at the Iowa Methodist Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa.
Nan is survived by her husband, Jack Cummings of Grand Junction; daughters, Dannielle Cummings Dayton of West Des Moines and Carrie Cummings of Phoenix, Ariz.; adopted daughter, Melissa Jafvert; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a multitude of friends and loved ones.
Hastings Funeral Home in Jefferson is in charge of arrangements.
