After 10 weeks under construction, the new signage at the Perry Fareway store was unveiled Wednesday.
From its first gleaming in the morning light to its electrifying after-dark effect, the red-themed signage brightens a prominent downtown Perry intersection as well as the tail end of the High Trestle Trail.
Fareway Manager Travis Langrebe said the new signage emphasizes Fareway’s strengths.
“The new sign makes a strong point,” Landgrebe said. “Fareway is known for its fresh meats. That’s a big part of our brand.”
Langrebe said the work by Ankeny-based Dean Snyder Construction was first rate.
