New signage is arising Monday at the New Opportunities Dallas County Family Development Center at 2814 First Ave. in Perry.
The new signage complements the New Opportunities’ newly paved parking lot. The Carroll-based community services company acquired the northern two-thirds of the Crossroads Church building in June 2020.
