Noah Bess, 65, of Naples, Fla., lost his battle with cancer May 14, 2018.
Noah was born in Perry, Iowa, March 27, 1953, to Pete and Wilma Bess.
His wife, Laurie, is honoring his request that no service be held.
Noah was truly a force of nature who will be missed but forever in the hearts of his family and friends with so many wonderful memories.
May your spirit walk in peace, Noah Bess. You were a good friend and will be greatly missed.

Mrs. Bess, I am so sorry to hear of Mr. Bess’ passing. I always looked so forward to seeing him and hearing his farm stories. I loved his sense of humor. I loved him sharing his pictures of his horse and cart with me when he was in the parade as a little boy. He always made me smile from the inside to the outside. I will miss him and you. Noah will be missed. He was a friend of my brother’s, and I can recall many happy memories growing up in Perry.
