December 19, 2016

  • An officer spoke with someone who sold a vehicle to an Ogden resident, and the check did not clear the bank. The officer advised the person to contact the county attorney where he lives.

December 20, 2016

  • An officer responded to an incomplete 911 call from an Ogden residence. This was determined to be a phone problem.
  • An officer called the Boone Area Humane Society to come and get a young golden retriever that was running at large in the 300 block of S.W. Seventh Street Place.

December 21, 2016

  • An officer received a complaint from someone who said he was in Ogden to pick up his son for visitation, and the boy’s mother will not bring the boy outside. The officer advised the person to contact his attorney.
  • An officer assisted the Ogden First Responders and the Boone County EMS.

December 22, 2016

  • An officer investigated suspicious activity in the 100 block of S.W. Eighth Street.
  • An officer assisted a stranded motorist.
  • An officer did a welfare check on someone at 244 S.W. Third St.
  • An officer did a welfare check on someone at 420 N.E. Third St.
