Ogden Police Department Public Service Announcement: The new 35 mph speed zone is in effect from Division Street to south of overpass. There is a Your Speed radar at the south side of the bridge coming north into town.

October 17, 2016

  • An officer was called to the Ogden Middle School for an intrusion alarm. It was determined to be an employee error.
  • An officer handled a loose dog complaint at 301 N.E. Second St.
  • An officer assisted a stranded motorist at 526 S.W. Fourth St.

October 18, 2016

  • An officer handled an animal complaint.
  • An officer assisted a Boone County Deputy with a single-vehicle accident in the 200 block of 210th Street.
  • An officer assisted the Ogden First Responders at 320 W. Mulberry St.
  • An officer assisted a stranded motorist in the 700 block of U.S. Highway 30.
  • An officer responded to Howe Elementary School for an out-of-control student. The student was removed from the building with a legal guardian.
  • An officer picked up an abandoned bike at Clark’s Food Mart.
  • An officer responded to 822 N. First St. for an out-of-control juvenile.
  • An officer investigated a complaint of a possible intoxicated driver on old Highway 30. The officer located the driver, and he was okay.

October 19, 2016

  • An officer investigated a theft from Clark’s Food Mart.
  • An officer responded to 101 E. Locust St. for a domestic dispute.
  • An officer assisted a Boone County Deputy with a possible motorcycle accident on U.S. Highway 30.

October 20, 2016

  • An officer arrested Sondra Millard at 608 W. Division St. on two Boone County warrants.
  • An officer arrested Alan Millard at 608 W. Division St. on an alleged violation of a no-contact order.

October 21, 2016

  • An officer arrested Hailey Elsworth at 520 S. First St., #3, Ogden, for a outstanding warrant.

October 22, 2016

  • No reported activity.

October 23, 2016

  • An officer assisted a subject with a civil matter.
  • An officer assisted a stranded motorist in the 500 block of S. First Street.
  • An officer assisted the Boone Police Department with a traffic stop.
