September 12, 2016

  • An officer assisted a Boone County Deputy with traffic control for a funeral escort at S. First Street and westbound 220th Street off ramp.
  • An officer received a complaint from an Ogden resident of vandalism to property.
  • An officer was asked to look for a vehicle that had been reported as driving recklessly south of Ogden. The officer located the vehicle in 300 block of S.E. Second Street, and the driver was driving fine.
  • An officer assisted a Boone County Deputy with an arrest warrant at 796 Leaf Road.

September 13, 2016

  • An officer received a report that a cat had been trapped in a live trap in the 600 block of Haws Drive. The officer took the cat to the Boone Area Humane Society.
  • An officer assisted the Ogden First Responders and Boone County EMS.
  • An officer was asked to look for a vehicle westbound on 220th Street from L Avenue that was driving erratically. The officer stopped the vehicle in the 500 block of 220th Street and arrested Sidney McField, 35, of Harcourt for allegedly operating a motor vehicle under the influence-first offense.

September 14, 2016

  • An officer assisted a subject into her house.
  • An officer attempted to serve a warrant.
  • An officer investigated a complaint of reckless driving in the 800 block of U.S. Highway 30. The officer located the driver and spoke with him.

September 15, 2016

  • An officer responded to 120 W. Maple St. for an incomplete 911. It was determined to be a misdial.
  • An officer assisted a subject with an accident question.
  • An officer assisted Ogden Community School District personnel with a vehicle parking issue.
  • An officer did a welfare check at 305 E. Walnut St.
  • An officer assisted another officer at Casey’s with two transients causing problems.
  • An officer attempted to serve a warrant.
  • An officer arrested Scott Perdue at 219 E. Division St. on a Boone County warrant.
  • An officer attempted to serve a warrant.
  • An officer arrested Chalon Engleen on a Boone County warrant in the 600 block of N.W. Fourth Street.

September 16, 2016

  • An officer assisted a subject with a civil matter.
  • An officer assisted a subject with a civil matter.
  • An officer investigated a theft from the Ogden Mini Storage.

September 17, 2016

  • An officer attempted to serve a warrant.
  • An officer responded to an incomplete 911 at 232 S.E. Fourth St. It was a phone line issue.
  • An officer investigated a theft and burglary at the Ogden Mini Storage at 613 Haws Dr.
  • An officer attempted to serve a warrant.
  • An officer investigated a theft of gas from Casey’s.

September 18, 2016

  • An officer assisted at a civil stand by at 208 N.E. Third St.
  • An officer responded to a complaint of a neighbor spraying some unknown substance on a hedge that sits on the property line. The officer spoke with the subject spraying the hedge and found out he was spraying for mosquitoes.

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
