Two vehicles collided at the intersection of N Avenue (U.S. Highway 169) and 250th Street Friday about 3:15 p.m.
One person reported suffering head and neck pain as a result of the collision, according to pubic safety radio traffic.
An SUV appeared to sustain significant front-end damage before coming to rest in the westbound lane of 250th Street.
One of the vehicles involved in the collision was owned by Dallas County, according to radio traffic, and the incident occurred just west of the Dallas County Secondary Roads Department central maintenance facility on 250th Street.
The Iowa State Patrol, Dallas County Sheriff’s office and Dallas County EMS responded.
