An SUV and a car collided at the intersection in the 1200 block of Iowa Highway 141 Friday about 7:45 p.m.
One person was transported to Dallas County Hospital by Dallas County EMS.
The car lost its right front wheel in the mishap and came to rest on the outside shoulder of eastbound Iowa Highway 141.
The SUV sustained significant front-end damage and came to rest pointing northward on the south side of the intersection.
The collision is under investigation at this hour by the Perry Police Department.
The Perry First Responders, Perry Volunteer Fire Department and Dallas County Sheriff’s office also responded.
