A man was transported to the Dallas County Hospital Saturday morning after a pickup truck and trailer were involved in a collision on Iowa Highway 141 east of Perry.
The crash occurred shortly before 11 a.m. in the 21600 block of Iowa Highway 141 near M Avenue.
The circumstances of the collision were unclear. The truck came to rest of the north shoulder of the eastbound lanes of Iowa Highway 141 with the trailer partially underneath the vehicle.
A tractor was visible in the median of the divided state highway near the pickup and might have also been involved in the mishap.
The Perry Police Department, Dallas County Sheriff’s office, Bouton First Responders, Bouton Volunteer Fire Department and Dallas County EMS responded.
