A passenger minivan left the roadway of Iowa Highway 141 Monday afternoon and rolled four times before coming to rest, according to an eye witness.
No injuries were reported in the incident, which occurred about 2:45 p.m. in the 17700 block of Iowa Highway 141 Diagonal.
The van came to rest about 50 feet north of the state highway in a front yard.
The accident is under investigation by the Dallas County Sheriff’s office.
The Woodward First Responders, Woodward Volunteer Fire Department and Dallas County EMS also responded.
