GREENFIELD, IOWA — The short-rostered Panorama cross country teams ran in the Nodaway Valley Invite Monday.
I-35 won the boys side with 43 points, with the hosts second at 76 while Van Meter (28) and Mt. Ayr (99) were 1-2 in the girls race.
Ryan McCaulley finished in 22 minutes, 13 seconds for the Panther boys, with Leah Fett (25:32), Payton Beckman (26:07) and Avery Bahrenfuss (28:42) competed for the Panorama girls.
Panorama had five harriers take part in the middle school two-mile race.
Earlham won with 65 points, with Van Meter second at 77 while Panorama was ninth of 11 squads at 193.
Mary Fett was 10th in 14:05 and Maggie McCarthy 42nd in 15:59. Both are in eighth grade. Seventh graders Jamie Fronapfel (16:05), Kylie Rochholz (16:20) and Laicey Richey (16:37) were 43-48-50 for the girls.
