The event began at 11:45 a.m. with a hamball meal. Following the meal, Bob Davis preformed a piano interlude that included a variety of songs.

The concert program began at 1:15 p.m. and consisted of the Panther Creek Ringers, the Panther Creek Handbell Choir, the Panther Creek Vocal Choir, a bell soloist, two vocal soloists and a vocal duet.

Donna Emmert directs both Panther Creek handbell choirs, and Denise Oneal is the vocal choir director. Sue Swinger is the accompanist of the Panther Creek Vocal Choir.

After the concert, Emmert was honored for her 31 years of participation with the handbell choirs. Emmert was also the longtime director of the Perry Public Library.
