Pat Beuter, 58, of Perry passed away Friday, Aug. 31, 2018, at his home in Perry, Iowa.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held Saturday, Sept. 8 at 10 a.m. at the St. Patrick Catholic Church in Perry. Visitation will be Friday, Sept. 7 from 5-7 p.m., with a Vigil service at 7 p.m. at the Carris Family Funeral Home and Cremation Care in Perry. Burial will be at the Elmwood Cemetery in Minburn, Iowa.

Patrick James Beuter was born Sept. 23, 1959, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to James R. and Loretta M. (Corkery) Beuter.
He attended school at St. Patrick’s Catholic School and Perry High School.
Shortly after high school, Pat married his classmate, Cathy Young.
He later attended the Iowa State University School of Agronomy.
Pat later was married to Vickie Lynn McGrean.
He worked at various jobs involved with agriculture.
Pat enjoyed cooking for people and Iowa’s natural beauty.
He was a member of the St. Patrick Catholic Church.
In death he rejoins his wife, Vickie Lynn McGrean Beuter.
Left to cherish Pat’s memory are his parents, James and Loretta Beuter; siblings, Bernadette Leach, Paul Beuter and Michele Peck; members of the Corkery and Beuter families; and local friends and acquaintances.
