Patsy Peters, 83, of Perry passed away Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2022, at the Kings Garden Campus of Perry Lutheran Homes in Perry, Iowa.
According to wishes, no services are planned.
Patsy Lou Peters was born Dec. 27, 1938, in Oakley, Minnesota, to James Arthur and Pearl Lavina (Carlisle) Birdsell.
She attended Perry High School.
Patsy was united in marriage to Ronald Cross in 1956 and then Dennis Peters in 1986.
She worked at McDonald’s Pharmacy in Perry, Oscar Mayer, Hotel Pattee and at Walmart Floral.
Patsy was a member of the First Baptist Church in Perry.
She was good at interior decorating, baking and cooking.
Patsy loved spending time with her great-grandchildren.
In death she rejoins her parents, James and Pearl Birdsell; and 13 siblings.
Left to cherish Patsy’s memory are her children, Cynthia (Connie) Taylor of Johnston, Danny (Teresa) Cross of Jefferson and Rona Cross of Perry; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
