The board of directors of Pegasus Inc., Perry’s local-access cable television channel, held their 21st annual meeting Tuesday at the station’s studios at 1014 Second St. in Perry.

Elections for open board positions and officers were held, and longtime Pegasus Board members Larry Vodenik and Dan Haymond were elected to additional two-year terms.

The annual meeting was followed by the regular quarterly meeting. Dan Haymond was elected board president, Larry Vodenk vice president, Jon Jamison treasurer and Doug Wood Secretary. Also serving on the board is Terry Schnirring. Keith Knoll is the Pegasus coordinator.
