The Class 3A boys basketball playoff pairings were released Monday, with Perry (10-8) to face DC-G (10-7) at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 22 in a District 15 Semifinal at Adel. The Mustangs edged the visiting Bluejays, 67-62, Dec. 8.
Host ADM will square off with Boone in the 8 p.m. contest, with the winners meeting Feb. 25 in Johnston at 7 p.m. for the District 15 title.
In District 16, Atlantic (13-4) will battle Winterset (7-11), with host Glenwood (13-4) to duel Creston (4-13). The winners will tangle for the District 16 crown Feb. 25 at Council Bluffs Abraham Lincoln.
The two district champions are slated to meet in the Substate 8 Finals Feb. 29 for the right to play in the state tournament. A host site for the Substate 8 title game has yet to be determined.
