Perry Fine Arts will be hosting the annual Fourth of July Music Extravaganza and Homemade Ice Cream Social at 2 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church of Perry, located at 1100 Third St.

Returning this year will be the Variety Show. We will have notable local talents, such as Lou Hoger, Rick Fazel, Steve Parnell, Nancy Burrow, Andrea Brownlee, Doc McCaulley, Marilyn Bode, Donna Emmert and Brent Halling, to name a few.

A community sing will raise all voices and let all talents join together. The church is air conditioned and handicapped accessible and will make a great place to relax after the parade. The ice cream social will follow the Variety Show.

Perry Fine Arts concerts are free, donations accepted, and open to all. Come and join the fun. For more information, contact Cathy Clark at 515-681-6184 or cecat49@msn.com.
