Perry Fine Arts will present its annual Musical Extravaganza and Ice Cream Social on Tuesday, July 4 at 2 p.m. in the Centrum of the First United Methodist Church at 1100 Third St. in Perry.
The Perry Fine Arts annual variety show has been going strong for 49 years and has become a mainstay of Perry’s July Fourth festivities. Come and enjoy, in air-conditioned comfort, Perry-area musical performers, who will entertain you with vocal and instrumental performances.
Performers will include Doc McCaulley and his daughter, Katie Villalobos, Steve and Shawn Parnell, Rick Fazel, Lou Hoger, Patty Hayes Boyle, Bret Pierce, Andrea Brownlee, Valerie Lund, Jim Caufield and others.
Following the program, enjoy a scoop (or two) of ice cream and other goodies while socializing with your fellow patriots and music lovers.
The Perry Fine Arts concerts are free and open to all. A free-will offering will be taken, and a reception will follow the concert. The building is handicapped.
