Perry Food Pantry receives $1,000 gift from 21st Century Rehab

As a way to give back to their communities, 21st Century Rehab PC recently decided to support the local food pantries in each of their 13 clinic locations in Iowa, including the Perry clinic at the Dallas County Hospital.

Lou Hoger, site coordinator for the Perry Food Pantry, gratefully accepted a $1,000 check on behalf of the Perry Food Pantry from the staff of 21st Century Rehab PC.

Twenty-First Century Rehab PC was founded in 1995 by Steve and Michelle Cassabaum and now has outpatient clinics in Altoona, Boone, Carlisle, Indianola, Madrid and Osceola and seven hospital locations: the Dallas County Hospital in Perry, Franklin General Hospital in Hampton, Greene County Medical Center in Jefferson, Knoxville Hospitals and Clinics, Story County Medical Center in Nevada, Van Diest Hospital in Webster City and Wayne County Hospital in Corydon. The corporate headquarters of 21st Century Rehab PC is in Nevada.
