The threat of rain was constant Saturday, but area antique vendors lined Second Street in downtown Perry in spite of the risk for the third annual Antique Days, sponsored by the Perry Area Chamber of Commerce.
The Chamber’s Executive Director Bob Wilson said the two-day marketplace “not only continues to promote the vendors but also showcases our Cultural District and the businesses in it. There are a number of great vendors that have a wide selection of antiques for everyone.”
Wilson said the event has seen a steady increase in attendance and vendor numbers year to year.
“We look forward to making this a longstanding tradition in Perry’s downtown,” he said. “Events like this are just one of many that the Chamber is happy to help put together to promote all Perry-area things.”
The Antique Days sale continues Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
