The Perry Lions Club inducted a new member at their most recent meeting, George Eldridge of Bouton.
Eldridge was welcomed by members of the Perry Lions, and club president Dave Wright presented him with a Lions Club lapel pin and membership card. Eldridge will receive a distinctive Lions Club vest at a later meeting.
Eldridge is active in the Perry community, serving as the president of the Perry-Area Food Pantry and as a member of the Perry Ministerial Association.
