A Perry man was arrested Wednesday morning on Dallas County warrants for assault and violation of probation.

Brandon Lee Stucker, 22, of 2620 McKinley St., #11, Perry, was charged with two counts of assault in connection with alleged incidents that occurred in April 2019 at a house party in Perry. Stucker was also charged with violation of probation in connection with his November 2018 conviction for carrying weapons, first-offense OWI and first-offense possession of a controlled substance.

The warrant for assault was ordered May 9, 2019, by Dallas County District Court Associate Judge Virginia Cobb. The warrant for violation of probation was ordered April 3, 2020, by Dallas County District Court Judge Terry Rickers.

Stucker is held in the Dallas County Jail on a $5,000 cash-only bond and a $2,000 cash or surety bond. He is scheduled for an initial appearance on the charge of violation of probation Thursday in Dallas County District Court. He is scheduled for arraignment on the charges of assault June 11 in Dallas County District Court.
