Perry Crimestoppers is posting a reward of up to $300 for information regarding several recent burglaries.
A burglary was reported Sept. 19 at Aspen Retirement Planning Services at 1308 Second St. One or more burglars entered the business by forcing open a rear door. Once inside, the suspect or suspects stole a flat screen TV, iPhone radio docking station and a coffee machine.
Four days late, on Sept. 23, officers were alerted to a burglar alarm at Casey’s General Store at 2617 Willis Ave. The alarm came into the department at about 1:40 a.m. Officers responded and discovered someone broke the glass in the front door of the store. It did not appear that anything was taken in the incident, and it did not appear entry was made into the store.
Later that same Saturday morning, the owner of Medicap Pharmacy at 601 First Ave. reported the front door of his business was also broken. This time the perpetrators were able to make entry, and once inside the suspects took prescription medications.
