The Perry Police Department issued three Crimestoppers announcements Saturday regarding incidents recently occurring in the Perry area. A $300 reward is attached to each announcement.

During the months of June and July, at least five storage units were broken into at East End Storage at 3001 Willis Ave. and Heenan Storage at 820 First Ave. Various items were taken during the thefts. Entry was made by cutting locks and also cutting into the sidewalls of the units. On Aug. 23 it was reported that a white 2000 Chevy Silverado pickup truck was stolen from Motor Kars II at 715 First Ave. A reward is offered for information about this crime, the persons involved or the location of the vehicle. On Aug. 6, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., a burglary occurred at 2023 Sixth St. There were no signs of forced entry, but several guns were stolen.
