The 40-some members of the Perry Piecemakers Quilt Guild are sharing their gorgeous handmade quilts Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Spring Valley Ballroom of the Hotel Pattee as part of the Art On the Prairie Fiber Art Month.
The numerous quilts and related crafts will be on display until May12, with members of the Perry Piecemakers in person on site and actively designing, sewing and quilting on their projects May 1 and May 8.
Visitors can sign up for a free sewing machine, vote for the best quilts, pick up some bags of scraps and find other surprises.
Fabric-filled Christmas tree ornaments, originally intended for sale at the 2020 Art on the Prairie in support of the annual Carnegie Library Museum Festival of Trees, are available in exchange for a donation.
