- Michael Daniel Orrellano, 24, 500 Fourth St., #G2, Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension. He was also cited for driving without liability insurance and unlawful use of a license.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
