Eleven officers of the Perry Police Department gathered on the steps of the Carnegie Library Museum Thursday morning in order to pose for a group photograph for the department’s annual fundraising calendar.
Joining Chief Eric Vaughn and Sgt. Jim Archer were Officers Brandon Biere, Nathan Heath, Trevor Hickey, Haley McCarthy, Josh Moore, Wayne Schuttler, Josh Sparks, Caleb Wallace and Micaela Zagar. Officers Erna Mujakic and Josh Sienkiewicz were not present for the photographs by Justin Loyd.
The department attained full strength for the first time in almost 10 years Oct. 7 when Officers Biere, Heath and Zagar were sworn into office, bringing the Perry force to 13 officers.
