  • A patrolling officer of the Perry Police Department found “a couple was living at the main shelter house at the Pattee Park.” The officer “advised them they need to move on,” and the couple moved on.
  • Taviar Edward Lucas was issued a citation for first-offense unlawful passing of a school bus.
  • A caller said a juvenile left the house although the caller “did not give him permission to go anywhere.” The caller said she “is struggling with getting” the juvenile “to follow her rules.” An officer responded.
  • An officer of the Perry Police Department responded “to the elementary for a disruptive student.”
  • A caller reported “a couple that appears to be fighting at the bike shelter.” The caller said “it appeared the male pulled the female’s hair.” An officer responded and made contact with the disputants, who “both denied any physical altercation.”
  • A caller said his dogs were lost. The caller called again and said his dogs were found.
  • A caller said she “retrieved a bunch of vehicle debris ad parts by her driveway that didn’t belong to her vehicles.” An officer responded.

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
