August 11, 2016

  • A caller said someone “has written on her vehicle with a permanent marker on the front and back windows.” An officer responded.
  • A caller said a street light was out at the end of her block. An officer responded and alerted the electric utility company.
  • A caller said she saw “a teenager standing on the corner” and “waving a machete around.” She said it “looked like a couple of missionaries were talking to him.” An officer responded and found the teenager “chopping weeds outside of his apartment.”

August 12, 2016

  • A caller said “some of the power is out” at Tyson Fresh Meats. The caller said he “has to take the fire alarm down” and “would call when it’s back up and running.”

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
