- Jessica Ann Bailey Kimball, 53, of 22339 170th St., Bouton, was arrested on a charge of second-degree theft.
- Patrick Dwayne Moore, 34, of 1415 Otley Ave., Perry, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of public intoxication.
