- Officers responded to a report of harassment in the 2500 block of Perry Park Avenue. The case is under investigation.
- Officers responded to a report of a theft from a vehicle in the 900 block of 15th Street. The loss was estimated at $25.
- Officers responded to a report of a theft in the 300 block of Lucinda Street. The incident is under investigation.
- Officers received a report of harassment in the 900 block of Willis Avenue.
- Robert James Hugen, 45, of 15130 88th Lane, Indianola, was arrested on charges of first-offense OWI, eluding, driving while barred, driving while suspended and reckless driving. Hugen was also served a Polk County warrant for larceny-habitual offender and probation violation.
