  • Yoana Arreola Adams, 28, 1417 Highview Drive, Perry, was arrested on a charge of domestic assault-simple.
  • A caller said “there was a large raccoon in their driveway that was not acting right.” An officer responded and “took the raccoon out of the city limits and released it.”
  • A woman entered the offices of the Perry Police Department at 908 Willis Ave. and said “she wanted to report her vehicle as stolen.” An officer responded and learned the woman “didn’t want to report the vehicle as stolen because she knew the location of the vehicle,” but she “wanted to press charges against” two people “for installing an ignition interlock device without her permission.”
  • A caller requested officer assistance “so she can get her belongings.” An officer responded and “stood by while most of the property was loaded.”
  • A caller said “she still has not had her children returned to her.” An officer responded.
  • A caller said “there was knocking going on around his window,” but the caller “didn’t see anyone.” An officer was advised.
  • A caller asked “if it was okay for an officer to meet him” to “do a custody exchange.” An officer responded.
  • Jennifer Nicole Guerrero, 20, 2710 Fritz St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of domestic abuse-simple.
  • A caller asked to speak with an officer about “her daughter,” who was “not wanting to give her back some belongings.” An officer responded.
  • A caller said “she can see a person all dressed in black, trying to hide” at “a vacant house, hiding behind the garage.” An officer responded.
  • Jose Villalpando, 43, 801 N. Second St., Guthrie Center, was arrested on a charge of assault causing bodily injury.

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
