- Benjamin James Royer, 30, 4600 S.W. Sixth Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent, driving while revoked, driving while barred, third-offense OWI and leaving the scene of an accident.

- Kody Nicholas Casperson, 28, 1607 1/2 First Ave., Perry, was arrested on charges of second-offense OWI and carrying weapons while intoxicated.
