December 1, 2017

  • A caller said she was receiving harassing text messages. An officer responded.
  • A caller from the Dallas County Hospital “requested an officer assist with holding a patient down who has a court-ordered injection needed.” An officer responded.
  • A caller said she was “afraid an infant seat that is sitting on a pile of leaves will roll over to the street and cause an accident.”
  • A caller said “there is a female that keeps going to her residence, causing problems.” The caller said the problem-causing female “is not there now.” An officer responded and advised the caller “to call if she returns.”
  • A caller from rural Perry reported “a babysitter who’s about 30 years old was passed out” and “will not come to the door.” The Perry First Responders were paged, and the Dallas County Sheriff’s office was notified.
  • An officer of the Perry Police Department “recovered a stolen vehicle.” The vehicle was “returned to owner.”
  • A 15-year-old male was arrested on charges of serious assault and disorderly conduct.
  • A caller said three children “keep running in the street in front of cars” and “throwing their bags into the street.” Officers responded but did not find the children.
  • A caller said “the staff is mistreating him.” An officer responded.
  • A caller reported a dog “that’s been barking all day.” Officers responded.
  • A caller said “she is being harassed by someone she doesn’t know.” An officer responded.
  • A caller reported an injured deer alongside the roadway. An officer “responded and put down the deer.”

December 2, 2017

  • Beau Eady, 27, 608 Fourth St., Rippey, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct.

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
