  • Vivienne Yvonne Ayon, 48, 1323 Sixth St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of domestic abuse-simple assault.
  • A caller said “she has been disputing with” someone “in regards to who has ownership” of a residence, and “she now has paperwork that proves she is the owner and has the deed to the house.” The caller said “she will be fixing it up and did not want any issues in the future about this.” The caller was advised “to call the Perry Police Department if there are any issues once she is on the property.”
  • A caller “requested on welfare check for” a 5- or 6-year-old child because the caller “believes the mom is using drugs and is concerned for her daughter.” An officer responded and found the child “was fine and with a responsibile adult.”
  • A caller said “he wanted to fish out in the sand bars, but there were bags of sand blocking the entry way.” The caller was “advised if it was blocked, he probably shouldn’t go there.”

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
