- A bus driver with the Perry Community School District said a 4-year-old boy was not picked up. The driver said “he was not sure what to do.” The driver was advised to bring the child to the police department. An officer made contact with the child’s parent and transported the child to the child’s home.
- Alan Randolph Heywood Jr., 32, 2305 First Ave., Perry, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant.
- A caller said her juvenile son “has been doing drugs by the way he smells.” Officers responded.
February 11, 2017
- Brogan Lear Davisson, 31, 2507 First Ave., Perry, was arrested on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
- Elizabeth Pearl Oliver, 22, 1316 Third St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of second-offense public intoxication.
*A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
