- Matthew James Spaulding, 24, 1016 Graceland Ave., Perry, was arrested on Perry warrants on charges of forgery of lottery ticket (three charges), fourth-degree theft (two charges), third-degree theft, unauthorized use of a credit card and forgery.
- A caller said his landlord told him his apartment would be sprayed Friday, but someone came Tuesday instead and sprayed the apartment while he was asleep. The caller “was upset they had done this.” An officer responded but was unable to make contact with the caller.

- A caller reported a vehicle parked at the house across the alley and people climbing through the window of the house. Officers responded and spoke with three people from Illinois who were relatives of the occupants of the house. Officers spoke with an occupant of the house, who said she “wasn’t at the house, so she gave them permission to go through the window to make entry into the house for an unknown reason.”
*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
