Perry Police Report Feb. 13

  • A woman entered the offices of the Perry Police Department at 908 Willis Ave. and “requested an officer to speak with her kids.” She said “the boys decided to grab a BB gun and sneak it out of the house. They shot out the windows to a vehicle of their grandpa’s,” and the woman “wanted to have an officer lecture them of what the situation would have been if it was somebody else’s vehicle or if they were older.” An officer responded.
  • A caller said “an unknown person attempted to remove a locked gas cap” from a vehicle. The caller said “the gas cap was damaged,” but no gas was stolen. An officer responded.
  • A man entered the offices of the Perry Police Department at 908 Willis Ave. with a debit card he found. An officer responded and the item “was logged into evidence.”
  • A caller said she “had an argument with her aunt,” and “now the aunt won’t let her get her belongings.” An officer responded.
  • Gary Lee Bundy Jr., 43, 102 W. Second St., Rippey, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
  • A caller said “he went to his brother’s residence to put the mail inside the house,” and he “found the door standing open.” The caller said his brother was “out of town.” An officer responded.

  • Sebastian Ross Ramirez, 18, was arrested on charges of first-offense possession of marijuana, first-offense OWI and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Conar Allen Hornsby, 20, was arrested on charges of first-offense possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
