- Matthew James Kilts, 35, 2014 Warford St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
- A caller said her son left about an hour ago in order to buy chew at a local retailer but should not be driving because he is heavily medicated. Officers responded and found the son, who was all right.
- A caller said a heavy-set man in his 20s, known to be on medication, could be heard abusing a 2-year-old child. Officers responded. At first the man said he was arguing with someone on the telephone and then said his anti-psychotic medications were not working perfectly and he was having auditory hallucinations. His case worker was contacted and said efforts would be made “to get him back on track.”

- William McFarland, 17, 1414 Fourth St., Perry, was issued a citation for first-offense curfew violation after he attempted to impersonate the father of his friend, who was found to be operating a motor vehicle in violation of his learner’s permit.
*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
