- Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 700 block of Fifth Street.
- Officers responded to a report of suspicious activity in the 1300 block of Willis Avenue.
- The Perry Police Department received report of possible sex abuse in the 1200 block of 18th Street. The case is under investigation.
- The Perry Police Department received report of a theft in the 500 block of First Avenue. The incident is under investigation.
- The Perry Police Department received a report of juvenile assault in the 600 block of Fifth Street. Officers spoke with all the parties involved, and the situation was handled.
- Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 2500 block of Perry Park Avenue.
February 19, 2020
- Officers responded to a report of a stolen cell phone in the 1000 block of Second Street. The value of the item was estimated at $700. The case is under investigation.
- Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 2000 block of Second Street. The situation calmed upon the officers’ arrival.
- A 2020 Pontiac, registered to and driven by Laura Lea Hall, 40, of 1718 Fourth St., Perry, struck a shed located at 1414 Seventh St. Information was exchanged and and a report completed.

- A 17-year-old female was arrested on charges of assault and disorderly conduct in the 1200 block of 18th Street.
