- Ruben Villa Tellez, 59, of 1412 Otley Ave., Perry, was arrested on a charge of OWI.
February 25, 2025
- Harry Dewayne Phipps, 72, of Ogden was arrested on a charge of second-degree theft.
- An 11-year-old male from Perry was arrested on a charge of threat of terrorism.
- Officers responded to a report of harassment in the 1800 block of Fourth Street.
- A 2013 Chev Traverse, driven by Areli Gonzalez of 2732 Eastern Ave., Perry, collided with a 2007 Chev Silverado, driven by Dean Scarlett of 812 First Ave., Perry, at intersection of 16th Street and Iowa Highway 141. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $20,000.
- A Chevy Spark, driven by Linda Hedlund, struck a garage in the 1300 block of Fourth Street. No injuries were reported. Damage was minor.

- Officers responded to a report of drug offenses in the 2500 block of Warford Street. A report was filed with the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services.
- Officers responded to a report of harassment in the 1700 block of Third Street.

- Officers responded to a report of assault in the 2700 block of Donna Drive.
